1. About the service

ElectioMap is a free, informational website that visualizes publicly available election results from official electoral authorities. The Site is provided for general information and educational purposes only.

2. Accuracy of election data

We make a good-faith effort to display accurate, up-to-date figures sourced from official authorities. However:

• Live figures shown during a count are preliminary and unofficial and may change as more results are reported.
• Preliminary counts are not legally binding; only the relevant electoral authority can certify final, official results.
• Data may be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable due to issues at the source or in transmission.
• We do not make forecasts, projections, or "calls" on the outcome of any race.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

Underlying election results are factual public data produced by electoral authorities and are not owned by us. The ElectioMap name, design, layout, original text, software and the arrangement of data on the Site are the property of ElectioMap and are protected by applicable laws. You may view and share links to the Site freely. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute substantial portions of the Site's design or compiled content for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Third-party content and links

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including official electoral authorities, and displays third-party advertising. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third-party sites or advertisers. Advertising is delivered in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, that disrupts or overloads our infrastructure (including automated scraping that degrades the service for others), or that attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system.
